You can return your samples using a courier of your choice. You may choose to use an Express courier (such as FedEx, DHL, etc.) or you may choose to use the postal service. By mail If you will be returning the samples by mail, please use the pre-paid return envelope provided and send by regular mail. By overnight courier If you will be returning the samples by overnight courier (i.e. FedEx or UPS), please note the following instructions to prevent delays in shipping:
- The value of the plastic swabs is to be declared as $1.00 on the shipping waybill. Any value over $1.00 may result in delays in shipping.
- The contents should be marked as “swabs and documents.”
