DNA testing involves several simple steps:
1. Order your test kit.
2. Collect your buccal swab sample using the swabs provided in the kit. Sample collection is easy and painless. The samples are collected by rubbing the swabs provided in the kit gently inside the mouth against the check for a few seconds. After sample collection, place the swabs into the specimen envelope provided and allow the swabs to dry. Once the swabs are dry, seal the specimen envelope and complete and sign the DNA testing consent form.
3. Return the swabs to the laboratory for testing using the return packaging provided in the kit.
4. Receive your results!
